Breaking: New Tuition Announced

Slightly misleading, but only in that less than half of the students at both schools actually pay sticker price for tuition. The median scholarship amount at Yale is about $6K higher than at Virginia. About 1/4 of Yalies receive more than half tuition scholarship, compared with only 11% at UVA.
Of course, if one is paying sticker price then the above advice still holds.
Yea, Yale Law costing a few thousand more does not make me think "Wow, glad I didn't go there." On the other hand, when there are Tier 3 or 4 schools still charging $40k/year for tuition alone, then it makes me feel better.
