I'm not sure of your source, but since I brought in the cake (left over from my daughter's birthday party), I can verify that it had nothing to do with a parking-lot party. It *was* decorated with a little plastic Clifford toy, but my daughter made me leave that at home so she could chew off the lead-based paint.
